"Staff were extremely helpful and sweet. The breakfast and breakfast staff were great! I wasn’t expecting the room to have a full kitchen which was so helpful because I needed to keep my items in a cold environment."

"I stayed at this hotel for five days, and it was a very disappointing experience. The first day, the room was acceptable, but after that, housekeeping was extremely poor. On the second day, I had to take out my own trash because no one cleaned the room. I reported the issue, but the next day the room was in even worse condition. By the fourth day, the housekeeping supervisor had to come personally to clean the room. The breakfast was good .Throughout my stay, the bed sheets were never changed....
