"Reception (especially Kitty), breakfast services are all excellent. I believe I got an upgrade since I had a large window facing bed, so very much appreciated. Would be nice to have slippers in the room rather than asking to the reception (though they were just happy to provide us). Only downside is cleaning. Very rough and not professional. I can tell no vacum is done, and dirty cups are left and no coffee/tea. Considering very professional yet friendly service offered elsewhere, I was suprised about your cleaning quality. Maybe I had a bad luck? I'm very happy with everything else. Just a small note. the tram station nearby isn't FREE. You need to walk to Casino station if you want to take advantage of free rides. It's a bit long. About 10 mins walk."

"Comfortable bed, a couch for two, great view over the river, and an easy walk over a pedestrian bridge to Flinders Street Station in the city centre. Enjoyed breakfast as had a good variety of cereals, yoghurts, fresh fruit, breads, jams, scrambled eggs, baked beans, meats, and vegetable fried rice. Only downside for us was not being able to open a window in the room. Hotel is also close to Degraves Street, a laneway which has many delicious places to eat."

"Once again we had an enjoyable stay. The rooms are a great size, well equipped, and we did have a good view. Unfortunately there is maintenance needed - areas in the bathrooms were mouldy and the lift is noisy. Apart from these issues the location is fabulous and the staff were excellent. Breakfast was really good and the pool and gym as well."
