"needs 2ply toilet paper!!! it was rough and flimsy! is this Hilton's new level? Also despite calling ahead. we did not get a room with two beds. Staff was mixed. 50% were cheerful and friendly, 35% indifferent and 15% somewhat surly."

"Nice hotel. We’ve stayed often. New name and ownership. Internet was awful. Very slow and couldn’t get on the guest network. Put on private network but that hung up all the time. Guessing they need to address it under the new company. E stayed in a suite. Shower stall was pretty beat up and was cracked and was repaired. Kind of makes the place look cheap. But we like the location and it looks like that are trying to upgrade. Ok for the price but certainly not a high end hotel. If the price goes...

"Unique part it had an elevator and over priced room service people were blocking the front door maybe I was in the way , easy check in the room lamp shades had holes different lights shade didn't cover the bulbs looked as if someone threw cadle wax on the walls toilet and bathtub was do dirty I felt it was best to skip the shower I cleaned the toilet with a bar of soap and towel I always use a t shirt as a pillow case I wore a sweatshirt and sweatpants and sleep I didn't even take the comforter...

"We made the mistake of staying three nights Construction was going on our floor. We had to walk through with luggage while avoiding debris. Chip crumbs were underneath the pillows. The fridge had dried spilled pop inside the door. All three nights we had people above us stomping all night and the in the morning. And when we brought this up to the hotel they said bring it up with to Expedia."
