"We arrived late, and they were able to help us assigning rooms but once we were inside one of the rooms, the bed cover was dirty and had spots on top showing poor cleaning or not replaced from previous occupant, also spots of blood, found dead roaches on the side of the bed frame, we also found signals of bed bugs on the edges of the mattress, we asked for replacement sheets to cover the complete bed and try to sleep. This was the room for my daughter and my grand children, they couldn’t sleep and moved together to sleep in one bed but in the morning the kids had rush in their face and arm, TV didn’t work, restroom was improperly clean and they kill a roach and the shampoo container was empty. Early in the morning they moved to my room to try to rest.
In my room phone didn’t work to call front desk, toilet was unsafe (was moving when was needed to use, we have pictures and before we left the facility. I asked the front desk guy for a help in reference and if it was possible to refund me the money at least for one room due to the number of complaints and he said those little animals were from the humidity and grass coming from outside the area, that the rooms were properly clean and that will be better to send and email with my concern to their management to consider and must include pictures that I have of course and will be done.
Overall not recommended.
