The hotel is conveniently located across from the surgical center where I was having an elective surgery. After the surgery was complete I was able to rest comfortably and quietly until I felt good enough to head home."

"There was an issue with my room. Instead of waiting until I reached the property, she called me to discuss my options. She also gave me a good restaurant recommendation. The property had a water leak that day. I told her I will return for my receipt. However, to avoid me walking on the wet floor, she walked the receipt out to my car!! I felt special!!"
