"The hotel room is only made for 1 person- max. It is a very small room and the toilet / shower combo room is very small. For this being a Marriott property, I was extremely disappointed as far as the service went. Every single employee looked miserable and we didn’t encounter anyone during our stay who smiled or offered assistance. There seemed to be someone “at the front desk” (self-service computers), however, they acted irritated if you needed Assistance. I also never saw a manager during our time at the hotel."

"We stayed for 2 nights over the weekend for my birthday. We were upgraded to a corner suite at the Sorrento tower. This one bedroom suite was spacious, clean and had gorgeous views over the beach and ocean and the pool area. All staff was great and friendly. We enjoyed our stay to the fullest!"

First time stayed in the middle building. Even there is elevator but quite and nice. Clean hotel, nice staff.
This time stayed in the main building. Elevator is slow and small I understand it's a historical building. I had to walk most of the time. Toilet is too narrow to the wall even I am not a big fat guy at all. TV lacks channel and not a smart TV for online streaming."
