"Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was definitely above average and our room was clean and in good condition. All connected to pedestrian subway to all Mayo buildings, parking ramps and shopping. I’ll be going back to Mayo for future appointments and will definitely book the Kahler Inn and Suites again."

"The room was a really good size, including the bathroom. Everything was clean in the room and the building in general. The gym is a bit bare bones for weight selection but doable. The guy who checked us in was friendly and helpful, but everyone else on staff seemed like they’d rather be anywhere else. There is a restaurant attached, and hotel guests receive a discount, which was great. Our server at the restaurant was so helpful and very friendly, there just wasn’t a lot of menu options if you don’t want typical pub food. Overall a good stay, but I wouldn’t give it 5 stars."

"Pros: very clean! Convenient restaurant/bar in lobby & within walking distance. Mayo shuttle was very convenient & on time. Con’s: I was told by booking company, Even Hotel provides tunnel access to Mayo Clinic. It does not. Website showed 100% hardwood floors & hotel desk confirmed it. Not true. Half of room was carpet:( Although very nice, I was disappointed the shower had no bars & no shower seat. Because most guest in a hotel near Mayo are probably sick/elderly, it seems bathroom safety & comfort would b a priority."
