"Not amazing. Not terrible. The bed was clean and comfortable and that’s all that really matters I guess when you’re only staying for one night."

"My non smoking room had cigarette burns on the blanket. There was a bedbug on the bed. The sink and toilet was broken. It also looked as if someone tried to force entry into the room. When I took my concerns to the front desk I was told that there was nothing he could do, I had to wait until the next day and talk with the manager. Needless to say I did not stay at the hotel and I will be go all the way to the top with this complaint if I do not get refunded. And yes I have pictures and video…"
