"Room was clean and comfortable. But when we walked into our room, the smoke smell was strong. I had to go ask for changing a room. The staff at front told me the smoke smell had been treated and the hotel was full so no way to change. But next morning when we checked out, I specifically asked if the hotel was full. "If you like to stay in modern hotel in Mardin and not in old style hotel so this hotel is the best"

The entrance has very tiny access for special needs people, very difficult for them to use....
