The bed was really .. the bathroom with very clean and tidy coffee and tea making facilities in the room.. breakfast was very nice the dining room was clean and well presented and the staff were so polite and waited on you. I cannot fault this hotel. I would definitely use again"

"Always helpful staff, but watch out for the parking company who take forever to cancel their over active parking fines! Especially when booked into the hotel and provided evidence. It took them nearly a month to cancel their fine and because of this my car hire company charged me £50 admin fee for the parking fine!"
