Good location. Breakfast was nice. Otherwise not great.
The constant noise from the pipe work just outside your room is just to much I have stayed in a twin, double and club room this that this would get me a better position in the hotel well it did not the noise it to much. One towel in a twin room no phone to call down so you would have to walk and get another one, the cleaner is obvisiolousy short as I can see her swip marks from cleaning the shower, tiny hairs in sink, Nice bar area and pool.
First time staying as we normally use Holiday Inn hotels, but we wanted to see how good the gym was and have to say it’s excellent.
Pity the breakfast is on the poor side. Nothing worse than powered scrambled eggs that need a steak knife to cut.
A great functional place to stay if needing to stay locally. All the staff were extremely friendly, room was comfortable. Lots of available parking and EV charging
Location excellent for motorway connections but that was also a minus due to traffic noise. Hotel had a nice pool and generally in good condition.

Disliked: Cleanliness
My plan was to arrive early and use the gym and pool facilities before I checked in. I called on the morning of my arrival to check the fee for this, but was informed that these facilities are not available until after check in. I have never come across this before and it forced me to change my plans. Then when I arrived and went to my room I found a huge hair plastered to the shower screen, so the standards of cleanliness leave a lot to be desired. I have photographic evidence of this! On the positive side the reception staff were friendly, helpful and professional.
Loved the pool, enjoyed the bar, Thanks for having us as a club member. enjoyed the costa nice touch. had dinner the first night it was very tasty and the staff were always helpful Including the cleaners.
Short stay at the village hotel was pleasant. The Club room had nespresso machine and drink facilities. Shower was good but a little on the lower end of water pressure.
Bed was firm but comfortable. I wasn’t a massive fan of the striped colour scheme but not an issue for a brief hotel stay.
Breafast wasn’t bad. Service was polite and friendly. It’s all self serve buffet which is all good but selection was a little bit limited to full English staples, though only dry scrambled eggs available as the egg option which was surprising.
The gym and pool facilities are very good.
Location is close to the motorway which is convenient when on a road trip. A £9 cab trip into Maidstone town. Parking was free at the weekend which was convenient.
I’d stay again for a budget stay when visiting Maidstone area
