"We were in assesibility room 301 and the bathroom was in poor condition. The shower flooded the entire room and did not drain. The tile on the floor and walls was in poor condition and appeared dirty/ moldy. In general the rest of the property and the bedroom were in good condition and this was a good prop with a good breakfast buffet and helpful staff."

"Hotel Londres is the place to stay in San Sebastián. The views from the hotel are incredible!! The location is on the beach close to all activities! The staff is fabulous!! We will stay here again on our next trip! Outstanding!!"

"A mixed stay overall. The hotel is further from the action in town than expected, relying on the bus, which takes longer than you'd think and drops to roughly every 30 minutes in the evening. Taxis aren't a great backup either, as there are no ride-hailing apps available locally and you can't hail one off the street.
