"This property has a good feel about it. Comfortable and a nice property, the staff is accommodating. A great choice for Hagerman Valley. It is a well kept older property. Our tub did not drain after a shower, but you can expect repair needs once in a while. The furniture is more comfortable than high end hotels. A lot of thought went into outside seating and chairs in our room. All around a nice place to stay."

"Location is great for experiencing the town of Lava Hot Springs. Picture a backcountry hotel merged with staying at grandma's, that's the feel. Very cozy. Staff was very kind. I arrived very late and had to call a couple of phone numbers to get checked in but still pretty efficient as long as you've got a cell phone. The pool took a second to find, even though a map was provided, but I suppose that's to keep people who aren't guests from knowing about it too easily."

"We had a suite for a little extra space and we enjoyed it. The young staff on the front desk was excellent. The free breakfast was good, I'd say above average. The staff who managed the kitchen and serving area for the breakfast was great, more than helpful. Have already booked our next stay!"

"Rim was filthy. There was food from the last tenant in the. Refrigerator it was really gross and nasty.If found eminem's in my stepson's bad that did not belong to us.Found garbage all over the room that wasn't on ours.It was disgusting and filthy mess"

"We had a 1 year old baby with us. The carpet was too old and dirty to let a kid explore the room. The bed looked and felt clean but both of us felt itchy later in the night. I wouldn't recommend the stay with a baby especially. We checked out a day early. Did not live up to the ratings."

"It’s worth the stay, staff are friendly, great midpoint for cross country travel. Breakfast was ample. Best way to start a long drive. I would book it again when in the area. And there is a hot tub too"
