"Great hotel, food was great restaurant and bakery were fantastic."

"The hotel was clean and well-maintained and well-managed. The room was small, but hotels in Japan tend to be (at least from my experience at four different hotels). I'm a small person, so this did not bother me, however. The best thing about this hotel is that it is right next to the central train station in Kyoto! Lots of restaurant choices-- nearby, but also inside the train station. There was a shopping mall nearby, as well."

"スタッフさんがとても良かったです お忙しい中 無理なお願いも心良く聞いてくださいました ありがとうございました 朝食も種類も多く、美味しくて食べ過ぎました 又利用したいですね❀"

"The hotel is very pretty and modern. Good size room and modern toilet. The staff is very kind. Near of Kyoto Station, highly recommend"

"Pros: Hotel looks great with tanami flooring throughout. Onsen facilities are great. Cons: Although only 1 stop from Kyoto Station trains are infrequent and often crowded. Also warehouse next door that plays music in the morning at around 9am. Bed is also a bit too firm"

"had to leave this hotel after two nights, there was someone violently ill on our floor and the rooms were tiny with shared bathrooms on the floor - didnt feel safe staying in a germ ridden place, house keeping was very nice but the bathrooms were not cleaned throughout the day (the shower is closed twice a day for cleaning) but i think each floor bathroom was just cleaned once in the morning leaving all the lingering germs. the room also had a musty smell, even with the window open. i did not go...

"Excellent hotel. Very friendly staff and room and location was great"

"駅に近いですし、温泉があるのが1番いい！"

"This hotel is right outside the train station, takes only 2 minutes to get there! Taking buses is also a convenient option. There’s a convenient store and a Starbucks right around the corner, and it’s located right beside a park. The room is clean and spacious, and got Onsen! But the Onsen didn’t provide body lotion and water, so better remember to bring those if you think you’re going to use the Onsen."

"Very nice Hotel and well located ( approx 7-10 minutes walk to the Kyoto trains). Staff were also usefull."
