"The staff were incredible! The service was truly above and beyond! Our room had a view of the Matterhorn, which was amazing, though I do wish we had been one floor higher for a bit more privacy. We loved having the sauna and steam shower right in our room, it made for a wonderfully relaxing stay. The location is a bit remote and made getting around a little challenging, but it ended up working out perfectly for us since it rained during our visit. "The Kronenhof continues to impress me with its attentive staff, top level service, food, and atmosphere. I received a complimentary room upgrade which I was not expecting. I requested a room change the second day after a significantly long hike due to noise from the Laret festival right below my window. The staff accommodated my request without issue. I will only stay at the Kronenhof when I visit the Upper Engadin."
