From Simon and Aldi at Front Desk who handled the small hiccup during the stay to Putri in F&B who came to check in on us during breakfast, you can really feel the genuine sense of care they have for their guests. Kudos also to the housekeeping team for their quick responses to our requests especially when our daughter was not well one evening. "

Quiet, peaceful Cotteges with little to no noise or sound of traffic or neighbors nearby. The staff were always mindful and polite, when asking to service the space while we were not around.
