"Toilet was uneven and the tub water wouldn’t shut all the way. Dirty but slept great staff super nice "

"Breakfast was wonderful. Jenae was so helpful last night helping us to find a great restaurant and helpful hints in Stone Mountain Park. She was pleasant and all around awesome. Debbie in the Am was also helpful and encouraging Best coffee (decaf and regular) we have ever had a hotel Room was very comfortable and the whole place was very clean and smelled wonderfully clean"

"terrible customer service. couldn't leave my bag ahead of time even tho rooms were still booked. was told that I had to leave my bag in the lobby and take my chances of it getting taken and they couldn't hold it behind the front desk. Could not pay for an early check in. Breakfast was terrible and they had a terrible selection with no cooked food."

"My concern was with the cleanliness of the facility. The carpet need cleaning and replacing in the room I occupied and 2 bugs were found in one of the beds in my room. The staff was notified but there was only 1 staff member on hand and when I requested bedding change, I was told that I could get additional bedding but would have to change the bedding myself, which I did. This room was rented for out of town guests due to a funeral being attended and I chose this hotel from the reviews that I read. I was not satisfied with the accommodation. It also had a light smell of marijuana in the lobby and hall areas."
