"It was my first time here in Colorado. I stayed here for 5 days and 4 nights. They never made my bed. I spoke to staff at the front desk on why my bed wasn’t made, my towels weren’t replaced, and my trash was not taken out. Their response, “We make your bed every 3 days. I can make a note regarding your room for them to clean it.” I left my contact info for the manager to give me a call. No call back either. They didn’t clean my room or make my bed until the 4th day. Next day, I went home....

"Awful hotel. Dirty, small, and the room set up is terrible. Requested to transfer to another hotel, and Expedia staff very unwilling to help until moved up the chain of command."

"We visited this property and had to leave unfortunately due to the pool having to much chlorine and my children coughing all night the room was not very clean and the pull out bed they provided us with was stained and nasty couldn’t even use it. "

"The toilet was not functioning properly during the entirety of our stay. It was already broken when we checked in. It took a few hours for us to realize the toilet paper was not flushing. I had to google the hotel phone number because the room phone was not working. I called down and was told that all the room phones on my floor were not working, and that maintenance was only there during the day, and they offered to move us to a different room. "Newly renovated, and super cozy! We loved our stay, and the owners couldn’t be more friendly. Conveniently located right off Main street near downtown. The food truck parked on the property had amazing authentic mexican food that I’ll be thinking about for awhile. "

"Hotel and room were in excellent condition. The breakfast was good, but some of the prepared food was not warm and under cooked like eggs & sausage. Wish there was something available in the hotel with no restaurants, shopping or evening entertainment located in close proximity. "

"The property was clean and organized. Staff was friendly and professional. Room was very clean and roomy. There was a bit of mold in the bathroom and the water did not get very hot. Beds were clean and for the price of the room,it was an excellent deal. "

"Very friendly staff. Entire property was clean and well maintained. Got down late for breakfast but it was still good offering hot items, cereal and yogurt. The family enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Also pet friendly which was another huge bonus. Would definitely return."
