"The room was clean and quiet during the night. Everyone was friendly and the staff was approachable. Most of all, the front desk staff was willing to go above and beyond their job description. They left my family a personalized and heartfelt card which meant the world to us because I have never experienced this. The breakfast was good, check in and out was easy, the elevator was a little slow but it was not a bad experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel 10/10."

"This is really nice hotel with location right on the river and a pool next to the river. We had late check in and the instructions that were emailed were clear and accurate.
The room was super clean and spacious with a kitchen area, desk and seating area. Although we didn’t have our room made up the first day, housekeeping stopped to see if we needed anything. The bed was very comfortable.
The location was nice in a residential area and we were able to walk to the Southport pier and restaurants only having to walk on the main road for a little bit. Typically you’d drive though due to the heat but it was nice for morning exercise.
Staff was friendly. We really loved it for the price!"

"Beautiful hotel! Spacious rooms and comfortable bed. Grounds were well kept. Helpful staff too. Not a great pool area, but other than that, top notch!"
