"Right when you get there at the front desk, there’s a sign that says $250 to clean the room if you smoke it. The room smell like smoke and Fabuloso. Two windows down from us. They were boarded up with plywood as though somebody had broken them. The washing machines were out of order and the ice machine was leaking all over the front steps. Someone kept running up and down the halls all night long and I know there’s nothing they can do about that but it still was weird."

"Terrible Experience My family and I stayed one night at Econo Lodge and had a horrible experience. We were bitten by what appeared to be bedbugs and spiders, and the room had mold in the shower and on the shower curtain. The towels and washcloths were badly stained, and there were ants on the counters and tables. "Squeaky clean. Comfy beds and pillows. We were in town for a celebration of life and this hotel met our needs perfectly. Blackout shades were appreciated since we were on PST. Enjoyed the pool / hot tub area as well."

"Stayed here for one night while traveling through the area. It’s in a convenient location, room was clean, staff were friendly, and breakfast was decent. The bed was a little soft for my liking, but had lots of pillows, which I liked!"

"My wife and I spent two nights at this hotel. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was tasty; nothing really special, but sufficient for our purposes. The rooms were clean and compact Interestingly, the Cedar Rapids area is building some data centers and as a result there are many “workers” who come to CR to work on the construction of these data centers. This hotel takes full advantage of supply/demand and uses “dynamic pricing” to manage this change in demand. ...
