"No microwave and coffee maker in the room. We had to get up at 3am for our flight and when used hot water to get tea in the lobby it was cold water. Told the staff and she started working on refilling the whole thing and didnt offer us one cup of hot water. We had to leave as it was time. Other people would have enjoyed hot water after we mentioned it was cold."

"I didn’t like the toilets were low sitting it was like sitting on the ground they were so low. Bathroom could of been clean better their was someone else’s hair in the drain."

"Hotel was adequate, with good location to walk to 16th street area, Convention center, Coors Field. Valet parking price was insane…we parked in a garage across the street with in and out privileges for 3 nights for less than cost for one night at hotel. Rooms were decent, clean, desk staff pleasant. There was a bad odor entering the hotel. Rooftop bar sounded interesting, but wasn’t open first night and was closed for a private event the next night. We had breakfast at Apple Blossom one morning—...
