"The hotel is conveniently located at the main road which was straight to the Mesa Verde's main gate. From there, everything was down hill: The swimming pool was closed for a while and rundown, The yard between the buildings was dirty and not maintained, broken equipment was sitting there. The coffee machine in our room was broken. When we came back from the tour at around 5:30 pm, the room was not cleaned, and the coffee machine was still not repaired/changed. "We had a great stay! The room was a bit small for 2 adults and a dog and there could be more dog friendly outdoor space. There was a nice sitting area, but it was in the sun for the majority of the day and too hot to enjoy until late. It is super convenient to the national park and the dog area was great!"
