"I arrived shortly after check in time with my friend. He stepped up to the desk first to get checked in. While checking in he asked if it would be possible for us to have rooms close together. This seemed to annoy the the clerk because she then turned what I can only describe as rude. I got the same attitude. "No Ac. Heaters do heat well and bedding keeps your warm. Restaurant/ store staff was great and hotel staff was kind but we had people two rooms down and adjacent to us that were loud and had dogs barking in their rooms until 3am. Staff did nothing about the noise. Their private hot springs was nice and enjoyable but the side wall in there was completely rusted and needs replacement. Itd be very coll if they added a way to adjust the heat like Haven hot springs "
