"House is filled with personal information that comes along with a cozy cottage atmosphere. Shane’s recommendations for the must see’s and how to’s maximized our day to be “the best one yet”. Breakfast was delicious, prompt and hot. Thank you again to our wonderful host, Irish hospitality was fully evident from check in to check out ."

"Walkable to downtown Killarney. Breakfast offered. Parking on sight. Three miles from park entrance. Clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Quiet. Furniture is dated. Great place to stay when your focus is spending time at the park and shopping/ dining downtown."

"Beautiful place! The room was lovely and more than suited our needs. Just a short walk to the downtown area for restaurants. Parking was limited but we managed to get a spot each night. We didn’t have the breakfast but appreciated the coffee down in the front room."

"Great location and comfortable room to explore Killarney! Parking was easy, right across the street! The walk to town was 3 minutes tops! The room was clean and very comfortable - lots of natural light! The only drawback was that check-in was a 2 minute walk down the street to the Fairview Hotel, which was inconvenient when trying to get ice for my medication. Otherwise, this was a perfect place! And the staff were all nice!"

"The breakfast room was bright and cheery with the option of French press coffee. The home-made waffles with real maple syrup was my fave. The young couple running the Inn were so nice and their son was turning 1 year old that day!
Portmagee is a charming base to explore the area. I hope to return!"
