"When we arrived our room had no towels, no soap, TV didn’t work and the wifi was non existent. When the front staff were notified they offered no solution just told us that everyone was experiencing the same. No mention of a manager to talk to. Very disappointed"

"Le petit-déjeuner est le même tous les jours, sans aucune variété, et de très mauvaise qualité. Le service d'étage est médiocre, notamment en ce qui concerne le nettoyage et le remplacement des serviettes de bain. La chambre est étroite. Dans l'ensemble, l'hôtel est en dessous de la moyenne."
