I get the idea of compostable items to save energy, but put money elsewhere to make it more valuable. Some doors kept getting stuck when entering or leaving. The coffee machines were out of order most of the trip and so was the pancake machine. Its the weekend, there were kids, at least have a back up. Especially since there wasn't much breakfast items to choose from. All in...
