"I had an amazing stay at the Staybridge Suites in London, Ontario. My room (2121) was spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. The staff were exceptional—friendly, welcoming, and always helpful, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The only issue I experienced was that whenever the whirlpool (jacuzzi) tub in the room above was running, the vibration and noise rattled my entire room. Aside from that, everything was wonderful. One concern I wanted to mention was the accessible parking. There were only two designated accessible parking spaces near the main entrance. When I arrived, one was occupied by a vehicle with a handicap sticker the other one was occupied by a minivan with two families travelling in this minivan so two women maybe three women and five kids were occupied by the minivan carrying a woman with four children and another adult with two children. I was told by them they deserved to use the accessible spaces because they had children. As someone who has a valid accessible parking permit and mobility limitations, this was very difficult. I experience muscle spasms if I have to walk long distances, so I had to drive around the parking lot looking for a space that wasn’t too far from the entrance. This wasn’t the hotel’s fault, but I hope there can be better monitoring of accessible parking so that those spaces remain available for guests who truly need them. Other than that, my stay was excellent, and I would gladly stay here again. "
