"À fuir – Expérience catastrophique Personne pour nous accueillir à l’arrivée. Nous avons simplement reçu un message avec deux photos pour la clé, mais aucune indication pour trouver la chambre. Après 30 minutes à essayer toutes les portes, c’est une autre cliente au balcon qui nous a sauvés en nous indiquant l'entrée. La chambre (qui sentait le renfermé) était au 2ème étage sans ascenseur, ce qui n'était pas mentionné dans la description. L'insonorisation est inexistante : on entendait...

"La struttura di speciale ha il personale molto gentile, professionale e cortese, il cibo la cui qualità è ottima e le preparazioni eccellenti! Unica nota un po' dolente è stata la prenotazione che nonostante prevedesse la permanenza di tre ospiti (due adulti ed un bambino) non ha considerato la mezza pensione anche per mio figlio! "Struttura moderna e ben rifinita in una zona di snodo nella Sila Piccola. La stanza era molto ampia e confortevole. L’insonorizzazione non è delle migliori. Se i vicini sono rumorosi si rischia di non riposare. La colazione è ottima e ricca di prodotti del territorio. Abbiamo provato anche il ristorante e siamo rimasti positivamente stupiti per la bontà della pizza."
