idéalement situé après une jounée aux thermes

très proche des thermes, raison de mon choix, mais au vue du service, on y retournera dès que nous retournerons aux thermes

De gang naar de kamers ruikte naar een ziekenhuis.Geen oog dicht gedaan de ganse nacht wegens doorgelegen matras, de ijzeren veren kon je voelen en tellen in je rug. Zeer vies tapijt, versleten zetel.Een tv uit de vorige eeuw maar vooral schimmels in lavabo en vooral schimmels in de badkuip.Geen papieren doekjes en de glazen voor de tanden stonden omgekeerd net naast de schimmel op de lavabo. Het enige goede een verzorgt ontbijt. in ieder geval hier kom ik nooit meer terug.

Quiet and Remote Area

The hotel is located at a remote and quiet hilltop away from city. Quite inconvenient without a car.

Photos of rooms are not correct

The pictures of the rooms do not match the room we were in. The pictures look really nice, but the room we were in was old and shabby and did not have all the amenities mentioned with the booking.

Vieillot , à rafraîchir d'urgence...

Dans un cadre magnifique avec un accueil très chaleureux et sympathique nous avons trouvé un hôtel vieillissant : odeur infecte dans les couloirs ( il est temps de changer la moquette) un téléviseur tout petit qui doit dater des années 80 , c'est vraiment dommage car pour le reste ( à 300m des thermes à pieds , personnel sympa , petit déjeuner convenable à un prix correct )... Mais le gros soucis est l'odeur dans les couloirs !!!!!!!

Für Gruppen geeignet. Dementsprechend viele Gruppen und vorhanden, morgens viel Lärm und viel Betrieb schon vor 7 Uhr, Zimmer schlecht Lärmisoliert.

As I saw it.

The rooms were plain and basic. Sort of cross between a hospital room and a dorm. The set up in the building we were in was a little odd in that you had two rooms off one door from the corridor, and if you did not enter quickly an alarm sounded and the door to the corridor opened itself. Breakfast was plentiful, but laid out in a odd way. E.g. bowls next to beacon and eggs. Cereal next to the coffee cups. The plates next to the coffee machine. Most guests same to be walking around looking for the right bits to put together. On checking in we asked about the restaurant, but was told we should have booked that at time of booking. A quick check with the kitchen and we were told it should be ok, but when we said one of the party had allergies, we were told it would not be possible as all the food is prepared (does make you question the the standard of the restaurant)

gewoon een goed hotel :)

De 2p kamer in het chalet-gebouw was modern ingericht en ruim. Jammer van de geur van de kuisproducten die in de kamer en de gang hing. Hygiëne op kamer ok. Enkel in douche wat stof gevonden. Goede verwarming/wifi/douche/tv. Ontbijt: broodjes, croissant, boterkoek, yoghurt, fruit en beleg. Jammer dat er bij het fruit in de ijskast rotte stukken zaten. Het fruitsap uit de machine had niet zon lekkere smaak. Restaurant minder modern van uitstraling. Personeel was bij inchecken erg vriendelijk en bij uitchecken eerder koel. Locatie: leuk gelegen, dichtbij de thermen, dichtbij lift nr spa, en dichtbij mooie wandelingen. Algemeen. Een leuk kort verblijfje (1N) in dit hotel gehad. :)

Moyennement satisfait !

Côté négatif : petite chambre , pas de place pour les bagages , pas de sèche cheveux dans la salle de douche. Décevant. ... Au restaurant. , le soir buffet jusqu'à 19h30 pas conseillé !!! Côté positif. : très bon petit déjeuner , l'hôtel situé dans un endroit calme et verdoyant

chouette cadre, par contre il n'y a pas de frigo dans les chambres, pas de choix en ce qui concerne la confiture au petit déjeuner, sanitaires pas très propres, et wifi gratuit mais signal faible. rapport qualité prix : nul 103,20€ pour une nuit.. SANS FRIGO.

Situé sur les hauteurs de Spa dans un quartier calme. L'accueil est chaleureux. Les chambres sont propres, le petit déjeuner est copieux. Des jeux pour les enfants sont installés à l'extérieur de l'hôtel.
