"Definitely liked the location, everything was so walkable and Ubers were cheap to places in downtown. Super close to the CN tower, Scotiabank & Rogers Centre. The rooms were clean, I’d say some of the apartment appliances were a bit outdated. I was a bit sussed out as I had to send my security deposit the day of our reservation via Zelle rather than it being out of my card that was already given on file through their pre-check in website. I’m still waiting to receive my deposit back from after my stay. The pre-checkin I also had added a late check out, which I was then told on the night prior to me leaving which wasn’t available. I was able to extend my stay instead since my flight had gotten delayed, thank gosh. All in all I’d probably stay here again. "

"We were in town for a few days to attend a concert and enjoy a short vacation, and this property was exactly what we were looking for. The suite was well appointed and conveniently located, and felt like a home away from home. There are a number of shops and restaurants very close by, it's a short walk to the waterfront, CN Tower and a handful of other attractions, and only about a 20 min walk from the Union Station train hub. I would definitely recommend this spot to other travellers, especially if you want something that's more of a condo than a hotel room, with the only caveat being that you need to be comfortable with going up and down stairs with 2 sets of winders as the bedrooms are on the upper floor and there are no landings at the corners. It wasn't an issue at all for us, but may not be suitable for people with mobility issues. We would happily book this spot again the next time we visit Toronto."
