"The property was really good. Clean, tidy and well presented.
My only issue was that the radiators were not as warm despite being on the highest setting. The bedroom especially was very cold.
Another negative is upto now I have not received my deposit back.
Surely you should have a system that works for returning deposits back. People are so busy spmetimes one will forget to check that the deposit has been returned back"

In the comfort and peace of this hut in this location, I was able to write nearly 10,000 words, unheard of in my everyday busy life at home! "Really lovely hotel, bang in the middle of Oxford. Very friendly staff, comfortable rooms and interesting building. It is an old prison so the layout can be unusual but it's a very interesting building. Our room had (very good) air conditioning which was handy, I don't think every room has it. "

"Wonderful stay! Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly by Joshua at the front desk who checked us in early, gave us a tourist map, and offered excellent recommendations for sightseeing, shopping, and eating. The room was clean and comfortable. Two small bottles of water were provided daily. The hotel is located on a quiet stree and a short walk from the railway station, Westgate shopping centre, Oxford University buildings and restaurants galore. Perfect base for exploring Oxford!"

"Amazing stay… loved our 2 bed apartment!
Clean, lots of space & comfortable. Pool and spa was lovely great addition to hotel.
My 6 year old also loved the hotel, staff and guests friendly. We did a few walks around the other lakes very beautiful area.
Would definitely recommend and visit again. "
