"I will try make this short. My stay at the Blackstone was the essence of a dumpster fire from start to finish. When I arrived to the hotel and got to my room it was still dirty and the sheets had what I am thinking are pee stains on them. I requested my room to be cleaned before I stay there for the weekend. In the span of the first 15 minutes I was at the hotel there was a line of people requesting towels and other basic amenities from the staff. It seemed like the staff do not truly care about...

"Tru appears to be the low-end Hilton brand, though you wouldn't know it by the price. The signage out front is terrible and we had to make several passes past the front before we found some parking in back (for employees maybe?), and then we had to go through a back door and wander around the casino lobby trying to find the check-in desk.
