Every single person we encountered was warm, welcoming, and sincerely friendly. The service felt genuine, not scripted, and everyone made us feel truly cared for. A very special thank you to Louisa at the front desk. She is truly one of a kind! Her kindness, warmth, professionalism, and genuine enthusiasm made such a lasting impression on us. Before our boat trip, she even surprised us with a cooler bag to take with us for the day—a small gesture that perfectly reflected the hotel’s thoughtful and caring approach to hospitality. She is exactly the kind of person every hotel hopes to have representing them. The rooms are lovely, comfortable, and beautifully maintained.
