"My review is based on the loft type room on the 5th floor. I stayed here for 2 weeks. Access to the BTS was perfect as well as local eateries. What I appreciated about the loft was the additional matress topper so side sleeping was not as painful. What I didn't like was constant road noise, even at the 5th floor. Rainfall showerhead was a bad choice for a small shower stall. Staff was terrific. All that said because of the value I would stay again."

"What a wonderful experience from minute one! Upon arrival, I felt like a super VIP, treated to amazing hospitality from the Friday morning team. My room was gorgeous, amenities outstanding, and the location was superb. For my first time in a foreign city like Bangkok, I can't say enough about how fabulous my experience was, and all because of this tremendous hotel and their magnificent staff. Gorgeous rooftop pool with scenic views was the cherry on top. 5 Stars!"
