"This is the second time ive been there its a really clean receptionist speak english and japanese this hotel has a service where they bring you bags to the airport for you. Its also very close to the scramble square and train station and its very affordible."

"I really liked the location. It was convenient to restaurants and shopping. Close to the metro. The rooms are small. The property is well maintained. Enjoyed the breakfast (which was reasonably priced). Also, I used the laundry facilities. It was very simple and affordable. The also offer free coffee and some snacks."

"We booked with 3 people to a room and had 2 beds under a bunk bed. Room was clean and cute. The beds were hard for me, but my husband liked it. The bathroom was small. Had a toilet and a shower in it. The sink was outside the bathroom, close to the beds. The hotel location was great and Miyashita Park was the place to be (tons of people hanging out and doing TickTock videos). Traffic outside was a little loud, but earplugs are available and our room had a fan that could block out the noise. Overall, recommend staying there."

"Staff was incredible and the breakfast buffet was very good and diverse. Good location, but it is a little far from shinjuku station if you are walking. We took the train from the airport and walked with our luggage from shinjuku station. Worth getting a cab from that station, because its nearly a mile walk. Otherwise, there is a lot of restaurants and shops very close to the hotel and plenty to do right near the hotel"

"Staff was very kind and helpful. They will let you check your bags for several hours before & after check-out. The rooms were clean and well-maintained. TV system was an added bonus. The view was nice out of our window. The location in downtown Shibuya is fantastic! We definitely will be returning to this hotel again in the future!"
