"Room needed re-painting. Water had pooled under the bed and dried and never cleaned. Walls had drips on it. Tv was oddly placed. Staff went on break for 30mins without coverage and kept no less than 10 people from checking in. Fabric chair was weirdly placed in bathroom. Bed was very hard. Sheets were clean but questionable. Buffet breakfast was four waffle irons and a toaster. Coffee maker in room didn’t have coffee holder, so couldn’t make coffee. While they had a menu in the room they discouraged anyone from eating in their rooms. Pool was only supposed to be open until 8pm but kids were using it until 10pm every night. "

"We checked in with Steve. He was great, we rode the van to Disneyland the driver was wonderful. By the way it’s free when staying at the hotel. It’s been a wonderful stay and we will be back soon!"

"The room was very dirty, mirrors weren’t clean, furniture wasn’t wiped down, carpet was dirty and a corner of the bed was chewed off. They look nice from the outside, but once you walk in the room it’s a different story. I wouldn’t recommend this place."

"The gentleman that checked me in was very nice. The parking is extremely tight so beware of that. My room was a bath tub but no option for a bath. Shower only. NO coffee make in the room (Hotels.com misinformed) The upstairs guest was very loud but thankful we were exhausted from our days that sleeping was not a problem. The bed is firm FYI. This was overall a good choice. The price was more than reasonable. "

"very basic place. breakfast was a joke very small bite size items literally. hard bed- no daily service- no wash clothes- no microwave in rooms- No counter space in bathroom or way to hag up towels, parking lot very small- Elevator not working- "

"The rooms were clean and updated. We had problems with our first room and toilet not flushing properly so they switched us to the last room available which wasn’t as updated as the first. The onsite restaurant was not very good. Very expensive and food was not worth it, even for the convenience of the restaurant. Wait staff didn’t speak English very well and messed up a salad order where we wanted dressing on the side. Which would have been not big deal and easy fix other than it took forever to receive the salad to begin with. Overall, the hotel was good staff Included, but go elsewhere for food if you’re wanting something quick and tasty. "

"I cannot recommend this hotel to any traveler due to serious safety concerns. At 4 AM, I experienced someone violently knocking on both my window and front door. This individual attempted to force entry into my room multiple times by using a key to unlock the door, identifying themselves as police. I later discovered that this person was actually a hotel staff member who mistakenly thought my room was vacant.The employee failed to have any name tag or identification. . "
