"We loved our newly renovated room. It was stylish and creatively designed— I got a few ideas for renovating my own home! The room was comfortable and surprisingly spacious. It was a special experience to stay in a historic building on the central plaza of the historic old town area. Really, this was an experience of a lifetime. And I thank the hotel staff for taking such good care of us. "

"I cannot fault this hotel. Everything was delivered with the highest level of efficiency and enthusiasm. Pickup from the airport was arranged by the hotel and really worth the extra money. The breakfast room was well stocked and the staff were extremely helpful."

"The people one floor below us were laughing loudly and yelling….at midnight. The air conditioning was not working and the staff refused to turn it on. We couldn’t open the windows because the people below were so loud we couldn’t sleep! Restaurant was bad."

"Two of the ladies were extremely nice. Always smiling and will to help. The lady the was there Sunday morning wasn't. Maybe she was having a bad day. Other than that, I was treated very well. I'm sorry I forget there names. The younger lady that checked me out Monday morning and the lady that checked me in Wednesday afternoon both get 5 stars from me. Dabro Dan ladies. "
