"We had a great night stay actually we were in town for a wedding did not want to be emoji but there was a nice bar/restaurant on site. We had a river view room which was a nice. Would definitely stay again. It is within walking distance to many shops and restaurants."

Friday night I pulled in and tried to get my room, was notified by the lady at front desk my room had been cancelled and didn't take the time to call or notify me of anything. Then proceeded to tell me they didnt have the staffing to clean the rooms for my stay, that's was reasoning for cancelation.. so at 11 pm at night had to call around and find another hotel"

"The room was clean and check-in was okay, but the staff were not especially friendly. There was some water sitting on the counter that appeared to be for certain guests or members, but it was taken away and not offered to us. Not a big issue, just something I noticed. The biggest downside was the noise. The hotel is very close to a major interstate, and construction near the room woke us up early in the morning. Overall, the stay was fine and some of the noise issues were not really the hotel’s...

"There were a few issues. There was no plug in for a lamp that also was to be a plug in for the bed table. The elevator was out the entirety of our stay. Our sink didn't drain. The staff, however, were amazing. Shout out to Bonnie who had us laughing over all the issues. Breakfast was great!"

"Room was not clean; there wa old splattered tomato sauce on the side of the refrigerator (the inside was clean). Room, sheets, and pillow cases smelled like stale cigarettes. TV initially didn’t work; figured out that the cable plug wasn’t tight enough. No one was at the front desk to check out with. "
