I had the car take me to the ER where I was x-rayed and the break was confirmed. I was keeping the hotel informed and eventually got a response that I could speak to a manager upon my return. As an employee myself, I asked for a copy of the incident report upon my return. When I returned at 5 or 6am, there was no manager to speak...

"The hotel is impressive. It's fun to stay in a castle.The breakfast buffet is extensive and the dining area is beautiful. The hotel has its own parking lot and you will need a car to get around this area. There isn't easy access to public transportation.With a car, it's just a 10-15 minute drive to Dublin City Center, Howth, or the Airport. I recommend visiting Howth, if you have time. It is a village on the coast with a beautiful cliff walk and several pubs, restaurants, markets and boutiques."

The shuttle bus in the morning however had a rather surly driver who refused to drop anyone at Terminal 2, insisting he could only stop at bus stop 16, which is past terminal 1. This necessitated a 10min walk with bags. While I was okay with this and had luckily factored in the extra time, others struggled and were confused as to why hotel staff had instructed us to tell the driver to stop at terminal 2, to then only...
