"The room was pretty average. Toilet was super low and shower was dated. Kitchen was stocked. I was really disappointed that our jacuzzi did NOT have a fireplace like all the photos showed. Staff was good but one was just overly talkative. Also disappointed that late check out was only 30 mins later. "

Breakfast was delicious and thoughtfully prepared each morning. You can really tell they care about their guests’ experience. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable getaway."

"We arrived at the hotel about 6 pm. The doors were locked and we had to call the hotel to learn that we should have received a communication from someone about the codes needed to enter the premises and room. When I reserved the room, I was never given any indication that this would be a "self-serve" check in process with no human intervention. The room was comfortable, clean and lovely. But we were disappointed in the television. No network or local stations, just the low-cost streaming options. Next time we will spend the extra $20 to stay at a name brand hotel like we usually do so that we can enjoy the level of service that we are accustomed to. "
