"I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and welcoming, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. The location was also very convenient and made it easy to get around. The only area that could use improvement is the breakfast selection. While the food was fresh, there were limited options available. Adding more variety would make the experience even better for guests. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would definitely consider coming...

"Room was clean but there was some mold on the bathtub crevices. Elevator needs some attention. Every time we got in we wondered if that would be the time we fell to our death and we weren’t the only ones. Every single person made the same comments. The pool is wonderfully warm which is amazing but it needs to be cleaned. All the water needs to go and a good scrub down of the entire pool and floors. You can see kids foot prints in the not so hot, hot tub. Breakfast was okay. Normal. Nice staff"

"I am not sure if all rooms are this way or not, but the room I was in was not clean. The floor was filthy where as I don't imagine anyone would want to walk around without socks on. The walls and floor boards were dirty with visible stains from pop or other fluids of some sort. Random hairs scattered in bathroom and around sink area. It appeared as if there was water damage on the ceiling with the possibility for mold under the paint. The pillow cases were discolored (not white) with some...

"Nice and clean hotel in a great area with a lot of great restaurants. Only complaint is the beds are extremely hard. If you like firm beds, all good."

"Bathroom had black mold. Paint was peeling. Shower had little water coming out. Had bug running across the room. Sink stopper stuck down and had to screw out of sink. Breakfast was OK but had no fruit. AC worked fine. Staff was helpful."

"Our room was perfect for family of 4. My two kids used the sofa bed and it was comfortable with a tv on their side of the wall. We had the king bed and our own tv on our side. The fridge was a decent size with microwave was convenient. Property was clean and location was perfect for our stay. Many families with kids were there as well. Would stay again."

"Dear Mr Royal Hampton… Staff was wonderful accommodating us, pool wasn’t too clean there was stuff floating in it but otherwise the temp was good, maybe wasn’t cleaned from the night before, there was lots of people in it that day. Breakfast was convenient and good"
