"Bath tub was worn and stained. Carpeting was worn and stained. Lighting in the room was awful. The bed was very comfortable, however the pillows were very hard. Front desk check in individual was efficient but not necessarily welcoming. Convenient access to freeway and plenty of parking. I would not stay here again unless some renovations and cleaning were done. "

"Everything was adequate except for the USB Port to charge my device on the alarm clock wasn’t working. The toilet was a little dated because of the height for an older person to stand up."

"We had a minor incident with one of our young kids getting a bit over excited right after eating which lead to the need to clean a small area of carpet. Jeff, manager on duty that night, was amazing. He got a small carpet cleaner out, and was more worried about us, than I was about the carpet. Needless to say it was quickly restored to normal. Great team they have working there. Thanks Jeff! "

"After my first review I was back a few weeks later. Nothing changed except I had a couple front people that were really good. But still dull breakfast everyday no changes, lack of kitchen staff to refill when out of food or basic things like salt. Gym still broken and no water in the water cooler. Still dirty and lack of professionalism from the staff outside of 2. One girl named Chris and the other a red head man. Did not get name but very good. Not sure I will be back. Loved location but hotel needs a lot of work. This time pool was cold and hot tub like warm bath at best."
