"Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and helpful. My only complaint was that the bathroom sink/counter was "out in the open" rather than in the bathroom with the toilet and shower, which made it difficult to use privately or quietly."

"The first room we were given did not have a working AC unit nor a working landline phone to call the desk. (Walking down to talk to the gal at the desk was easy, I just found it humorous that I couldn’t call her from the room. The second room we were given was awesome! And breakfast was great (pancake machine, omelets, biscuits and gravy, etc) I would stay here again if we are in the area."

"Clean and stocked...the rooms were clean and the coffee area was stocked well. The rooms are really small. Not great if you need to spend a lot of time there, but they use the space well. No dressers but they have a wire drawer thing for your clothes. No safe in the rooms, which we are used to. Nice pull out shelf on night stand. Perfect for those that have a CPAP machine.
The bathroom was pretty outdated-tub looked tired and lots of limescale on shower head. Zero counter space for doing...

"This is the place we stay every year my wife and I make our annual trip to Mayo Clinic for her appointments.
The rooms are clean and the staff are super helpful and friendly. It’s a little bit out of the way from Mayo Clinic compared to the other hotels but the price is always so reasonable for what you are getting. It’s also right next to Costco and Aldi so if you need anything from those places you can literally walk there."
