"Extremely convenient location and very modern renovated property"

"Room was as expected. Clean, except for a slight musty carpet smell that lessened once the a/c thermostat was lowered. It was a humid 100 degrees outside the day I arrived, though, so I'm sure the ambient temperature played a part in that. Probably hard to avoid with any hotel carpets in those conditions. Otherwise, things were clean and neat. My room had a smoke alarm that kept beeping, which the man behind the front desk tried to help with twice by changing the battery and resetting it, but it...

"Parking was great! When I arrived that night, my room had no washcloths, luckily I always carry one at least with me. I didn’t get a chance to try breakfast due to the long lines as there was a girls sports team so the line was too long! The bed was super comfy, room was very clean and the AC was blasting! Staff was excellent even though the hotel had a very large kids sports team there and the lobby was very loud."

"Staff and breakfast were great. Room was not clean there was hair on toilet and in shower and crumbs in the one bed. Air conditioning was loud and temp control did not work well."

"Love the convient location to places I need to frequent. Easy on and off the interstate. I had a better stay compared to last year when remodeling was going on strong. Stayed in one of the newly remodeled rooms. Loved the shower, without the tub. The breakfast buffet had a lot of tasty choices. Staff was very friendly. I hope the remodeling includes refreshing the seat covering in the dining area. They are thread bare."

"Everything was good except the breakfast options. Selected this hotel for convenient location and breakfast included with stay. We broke our two day journey in Pittsburgh. To our disappointment the eggs had ham mixed in them. There were other options for guests who eat pork/bacon etc. There were no boiled eggs or other egg options. The staff attending the breakfast area was rude. Don't plan on staying here again. There is no excuse for such unprofessional behavior."

"We stayed one night for visit to Duquesne University. Our stay was very nice. Staff was very helpful. The air conditioner was bit noisy and woke us up few times. All in all we had great stay."

"the room was clean and the cleaning staff were great. but the guy that checked us in did not welcome us at all. he gave me the wrong room (number of beds) and i had to go up twice to get the room i reserved. other than that it was a warm bed for the night."
