"I booked this hotel for my parents 23rd anniversary, and they loved it. The location was incredible, less than 10 minutes away from all the big landmarks. They loved how walkable everything was, and noted the cleanliness everywhere, both in the hotel and around the city. "This was our first time staying at Hotel Nell. From the moment we arrived the staff was very friendly. They were also very helpful. Our room was upgraded with a spacious floor plan, kitchenette with glassware, utensils etc. It was clean and very cozy. Housekeeping was so friendly and made sure we had clean towels, iron. "Very nice hotel. Extremely clean and all the staff was so kind. I was shocked when we arrived to find a kitchen in our room with a full fridge. I didn’t even realize! It is about 8-10 min walk to the Foggy Bottom metro stop. Very safe area. My only complaint was it did get warm in the rooms with no alternative. The hotel is all on one air unit. "
