Great stay. Very clean. Helpful staff eager to help and professional. Nice breakfast, love that coffee teas and water are available 24/7. Close to airport and Free shuttle service!

Quality Inn West Springfield
Interesting layout with the hotel connected to a japanese restaurant. Generally, the building and its hallways/carpeting look old and a bit worn, however the Rooms were very clean with updated bathrooms and sufficient amenities (refrigerator etc).
