"It was extremely clean. The pillows are not to my liking but they are the norm hotels use. The bed was firm. Fully equipped kitchen, full size refrigerator an electric stove top a microwave and dish washer. Free laundromat on site. Enjoyed my stay."

"The neighbors above us were stomping around at 2am and the AC Unit in the original room we were given was making weird noises. We addressed this with the front staff & without hesitation they moved us to a different room, despite only having one night stay left. This alone was impressive for their customer service! "

"Our stay was just for the weekend but the room was very clean and had everything we needed. Marina cleaned our room and did an amazing job. Check in and check out was seemless as well. Property was clean. Hotel also very close to a major shopping store, variety of restaurants. Would definitely stay here again if I'm ever in Westminster in the future."

Our original room keys didn't work so we had to get a room downstairs, people were standing around outside very frequently and in the lobby, our towels were stained separately with old blood and feces so we had to get those replaced after our first night...

"Everything about this place was excellent from staff to great clean rooms with comfortable beds, great parking, great breakfast. However, we booked this for a place that has a pool since we had kids. If you don’t use the pool then this is an excellent hotel. The pool was freezing and the floors were treacherously slick. Luckily no one including the adults who couldn’t step without their feet coming out from underneath them had any accidents. We had a child lose their footing on the entrance...

"the staff was friendly and helpful. though the room was clean, we had to request a new coffee pot, the dresser had 2 drawers that would'nt open, the mattress on the bed was worn out, one of the air conditioner cords was cut, the dining room drapes appeared to be not be working. Only one elevator was working (the one closest to our room) and we had to walk across the entire system to get to an elevator. The stairs closest to our room were cracked, causing concern. We attempted to use a baggage...

"They lied about having breakfast. It was a single honey bun. The heater did not work. They did not return my 40 dollar security deposit and gave no reason. There are hobos living in the parking lot. "
