When we arrived, there was hair in the shower and on the bathroom floor, and there were crumbs and debris under the desk that made it clear the room had not been cleaned thoroughly before check-in. Aside from the cleanliness issues, the hotel was just average overall. The room amenities also felt outdated, with only an older coffee maker...

"The property was in good condition and the room was clean. Staff was pleasant and friendly. The major drawback was that, for some reason, there was a high percentage of homeless people in the area which was a concern. I understand the facility has limited control over this, but at times I was concerned over my personal safety. Thank you."

"Do not stay here! The first room they lut us in looked like a crime scene or like a meth addict lived there. There was fire damage of some kind on back of the door, hair and stains on the pillows and bed, the closet was broken and had pen marks on it, and the odir in the room was nausea inducing! I cannot believe they would rent that room out. The front desk lady did move us to a better room, but she seemed lime she was mad that we asked and had an attitude. Just an awful experience."
