"Problems:
1. Inadequate parking. Had to park in the adjoining restaurant lot.
2. Front desk ran out of door key cards; clerk had to leave front desk and let in late arrivals.
3. Water was dripping from the ceiling above the bathroom onto the tub and beside the toilet.
Night desk clerk was very nice and apologetic for the problems. Taxi to the airport was ordered by the clerk and was waiting for us at the requested time."

"First issue was, the internet was down on check-in. Not a big deal but I, THE GUEST, was given a support number and instructed to call them. Issue was eventually resolved, but I thought it inappropriate I had to call support. Next thing, we got locked out of our room because a battery in the door lock had died. "There was a nice big parking lot, area around hotel seemed quiet, the hotel and rooms looked new. Also the breakfast including, hot items, were greatly appreciated before heading to the airport for an early flight.
The room could have been dusted better but overall clean and comfortable.
Attempted to use the indoor spa but it was way too hot. I could only manage to dangle my legs in. I would suggest keeping the temperature around 100 degrees."
