Room (presidential room) was very comfortable. Church bells, while noisy, were lovely to listen to in the morning. The decor is dated but quirky, and the room was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was generous and there was a wide range, but with few healthy options. While there are few dining options, there are a couple of really nice places in Sremski Karlovici with non-smoking tables - genuinely non-smoking, not just over in a corner where smoke and stench drift. This is a lovely place to spend a night. It would be tricky to fill your time staying any longer.

Wine tasting weekend in Sremski Karlovci

In general terms the hotel is very nice, a bit odd because of its style, but a surprise. Our room very nice and quiet, even being beside the elevator. Spa was OK, price for extra service, massage in my opinion too expensive. Breakfast room in the basement, nicely decorated as the rest of the hotel, only the presentation is leaving a lot to be desired. Here again a contrast between the hotel and its noble decoration, and then some modern coffee machine and juice dispenser which are in stark contrast, for me does not fit. Breakfast itself had a nice variety and was good.

I’m pretty mixed about this hotel. We originally booked because of a YouTube video we saw. If it claimed to be a 3 star, I feel like my review would be different. The AC which it advertised was not working. We were told each day it would be fixed. They did help us open the ceiling window which cooled down the sweltering room but it was quickly overtaken by mosquitoes. We didn’t sleep well despite the beds being comfortable. A few of the staff were very kind but I felt like we highly overpaid for this hotel based on how it was advertised versus reality. We spent 3 weeks traveling several different countries in the Balkans and the free breakfast here was our least enjoyable. 4/10. Skip the eggs. Hopefully you have a better experience.

The property is well located but is very outdated. Bathroom was tiny, mattress is old as well pillows. Tv wasn't working. Carpet had stains.

Great location in the city center

Hotel is nice, in the center of this small city, but it is more of a 4*, not really a 5* hotel. The staff was nice, gave us their parking ticket so we did not have to pay for it ourselves.

Great Location, Friendly Staff, but not a 5 star.

Situated in the centre of Sremski Karlovci, where everything is within walking distance. We visited a lot of vineyards and cellars on foot. The reception lady is very friendly and gave us a lot of suggestions of where/which cellars to visit. However, the hotel itself is a bit outdated. The "a la carte" breakfast service was horrible, we had to wait for 25mins for some boiled frankfurter and unpeeled fruits. Not a 5 star hotel, 4 more like.

Tidy hotel and quiet surroundings. Great breakfast and service. A call from the reception desk that interrupted the rest was unnecessary. They wanted me to come pay the room in advance.

Séjour de 2 nuitées pour raison professionnelle (Foire Agricole de NOVI SAD). On va faire simple et court; hormis le stationnement compliqué en bout d'impasse, tout est excellent. A renouveler sans aucune hésitation. La localité mérite à elle-seule le détour.

King for a five days.

Great place with really great er service Have to admit I was surprised. The way to the hotel little difficult at night with a rented car but the smells and the light of the town in day and night are greatest Little Desai pointed from the breakfast it was the same every day but the staff asked with I want in edition and run to make it fast that's why I think the great service was. Great value for price .
